I admit, I am one of those that seem to collect self-help books.  My husband will roll his eyes because I do buy them and really give it my all in the beginning, just do not seem to be able to finish them.  The self-help just doesn’t help.  When I first picked up "Seeing True: Ninety Contemplations in Ninety Days" my husband asked  jokingly what was to come of the other eighty-nine days.  Boy, did I prove him wrong. 

Written as ninety individual thoughts intended for you to read and contemplate daily you will expand your life like never before.  After each thought you are given space and guidance to explore yourself and meet the real you.  It isn’t always great things you learn about yourself but by this admission there is no better way to improve.  Ronald Chapman guides us to see the miracles around us and to expand our life. 

Like the old saying, “Those who seek shall find,”  you are day-by-day lead down a path to a new more whole you.  Stressing that people are not perfect, just real, you will find a new friend in yourself.
